The SustainAg Network Giveaway

To enter, complete the Producer Profile at TheSustainAgNetwork.com. Winner will be randomly selected on March 4.

  1. Eligibility
    1. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    2. No Purchase Necessary to win.
    3. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
    4. Must live in the United States to be eligible.
    5. Employees, affiliates and immediate family members of Millborn Seeds, Inc. and AgSpire, Inc. are ineligible to win.
    6. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
  2. Publicity
    1. By entering the giveaway, participant grants Millborn Seeds, Inc., and AgSpire, Inc., and its affiliates, representatives and assigns, the right to use participant’s photo and likeness in promotions and future advertising.
    2. Winner may be required to participate in publicity or promotional activities following the announcement of the giveaway.
  3. Privacy
    1. Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering he giveaway and for promotional purposes, but will not be shared with third parties.
  4. Disqualification
    1. AgSpire, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct, as determined by AgSpire, Inc. in their sole or absolute discretion.
    2. In the event of a disqualification for any reason, AgSpire, Inc. reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  5. Modification or Termination
    1. AgSpire, Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. AgSpire, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred by participants in connection with the giveaway.
    2. Participant expressly waives any and all claims of damages against AgSpire, Inc. for any reason, including, without limitation, any damages incurred as a result of inadequate germination of the seed received in the giveaway.
  7. Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota.
